Many dragons feel reduced, reborn into this world, often smaller, lacking proper flight and without the powerful magic abilities they have come to rely on. Hailing from worlds in which they may have been hunted for a hero’s glory; this feeling of decline may have existed for a very long time on their own worlds. They we’re once powerful and have the right to have that status back!
