Cooking

This skill makes food and special clothing dyes.

Using

• Cooking requires a cooking tool such as a frying pan and an oven station. Ovens can be found at the various craft halls and in some of the NPC Shops, not all ovens are usable, some are just deco.

Special Dyes (Book Skill)

You can make clothing dyes after purchasing the book, "Guide to Mixing Exquisite Dyes". The book can be purchased at the Farm Master. Each dye offers 10 different colors.

Vegetable dyes  To Craft: Requires 55 skill, 2 onions, 2 pumpkins and 2 cabbage. Has 5 uses. To Use: 40 Tailoring. (2950 – 2959)
Floral dyes To Craft: Requires 55 skill, 2 henbane, 2 thorn apple and 2 edelweiss. Has 5 uses. To Use: 40 Tailoring. (2930 – 2939)
Mineral Dyes To Craft: Requires 55 skill, 2 dull copper ore, 2 brown stone ore and 2 shadow iron ore. Has 5 uses. To Use: 40 Tailoring. (2940 – 2949)
Sea Dyes To Craft: Requires 65 skill, 2 black pearl and 1 seaweed, (gotten from fishing). Has 4 uses. To Use: 50 Tailoring: (2960 – 2969)
Magical Flowers To Craft: Requires 65 skill, 2 belladonna, 2 woundwort and 2 mugwort. Has 4 uses. To Use: 50 Tailoring. (2905 – 2915)

Beer Brewing (Book Skill)

• Beer brewing was never implemented on Grimmwold, but I'd love to see it eventually implemented. Here is the design document -- perhaps something similar is available on Serv UO.

Training

Skills on Sanctuary use our Grimmwold methods for skill training, including passive gains, 2 min timer activation, no difficulty checks, more than 1300 skill points using a .spec setting, and so on. In addition, you can purchase limited training from NPCs as well as advanced " book skills" both of which are available on Master NPCs. Read More ..

• Low skill levels can be trained by one of the Master NPCs.
• The books for crafting book skills can be purchased at the Master NPCs.
