Spirituality
- Mother, Maiden, Crone
- Past, Present & Future
- The Ankh or triskele
At the base of their understanding lies Spirituality represented by the Ankh of Devotion in present times and the Triskele in past times. The triskele represents the past, present and future as envisioned in a triple goddess; mother, maiden and crone. It is only by understanding our deep past, the Mother Earth, the cycle of life and death, and our place beside our ancestors are we able to lift ourselves and our fellow man up.
Sacrifice & Compassion
- Lords of Land and Sea
- Tears and Heart
West Law places it's second foundation within the balance between natural law and the human heart. Sacrifice and compassion are seen as the next two important concepts of maturity. The wild hunt is understood to be part of natural selection, a right and necessary transition from summer into fall. And the Lord of the Hunt, Cernonnouse is the keeper of the earth, the forest and the eternal summer lands.
West Law demonstrates its origins on the western coast of Cuiveinen as it sees the afterlife as Tir na Nog or Avalon, a land in the western sea ruled by Mannana Mac Lir, Lord of the Sea and Guardian of the Afterlife. Sacrifice and Compassion represent both our evolution as sentient creatures and our growth as children out of childhood. Our past as it transitions into our Now.
