Meditation

Meditation both passively and actively regenerates mana.

Using

• Mana regeneration is increased by intelligence and meditation skill and decreased by AR modified by armor type.
• Leather armor has no reduction, studded leather has partial reduction, any metal armor has full effect reduction.
• Armor affects how much extra mana you get.

Example

• If you are wearing all leather armor you won't have a meditation reduction regardless of the AR.
• If you are wearing metal armor your meditation rate will come down to nothing, or nearly nothing.
• Studded leather is half as good as leather, there is a meditation reduction but its half the AR value.

"It is very difficult to mediate when my mana is below 50%".

Players have been given double mana, however after you reach a point where your mana loss exceeds your meditation skill mediation will begin to fail and you will need to allow it to raise at its natural slow rate. When hunting, players are advised not to let their mana go below this line. However, in situations such as boss mobs or PvP they now have a much bigger mana pool to dip into for emergencies.

Training

Skills on Sanctuary use our Grimmwold methods for skill training, including passive gains, 2 min timer activation, no difficulty checks, more than 1300 skill points using a .spec setting, and so on. In addition, you can purchase limited training from NPCs as well as advanced " book skills" both of which are available on Master NPCs. Read More ..

• Low skill levels can be trained by one of the Master NPCs.
• The books for crafting book skills can be purchased at the Master NPCs.
• Train meditation by activating the skill.
