Sanctuary uses the .spec setting for skill. This allows you to have 4 skills to 100, 4 skills to 80, 4 skills to 60 and 4 craft skills to 100.
- You can use power scrolls to raise the caps of your primary skills over 100 IF, and only if, you forgo one of your crafting skills.
- Only skills that are set in the .spec will train over 0.
- Upon initial arrival in game all of your skills set in .spec will be set to 60. This lasts for about a week, after which you will have to train from zero.
